Five years after her latest solo release, Who Was That Stranger, Loretta released her album Making More Memories in February 1994. The album, unusually, was only sold at the Loretta Lynn Ranch and at live events. The album's only single, "We Need to Make More Memories", was also Loretta's first ever music video, which was filmed on her ranch and features her immediate family.
