The album's only single, You Ain't Woman Enough, reached #2 making it her biggest hit up to that point and her highest charting single. This release cemented her position as one of the greatest country musicians of the time and was the second in a string of top 10 albums, starting with I Like 'Em Country, which was released only 8 months earlier. You Ain't Woman Enough was also the most programmed album of 1967, receiving the recognition from Billboard in its awards ceremony.
